Nicholas Bryan-Brown
Nick is an experienced company manager as well as a former investment banker and barrister. He has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raising, IPOs, regulation and compliance and corporate restructuring. Based in London, he has extensive experience of the smaller company sector as a director, manager, investor and advisor.
Nick has held senior management positions at major multinational groups, including HSBC where he co-headed the Investment Banking division in the Asia Pacific region, with responsibility for a team of over 150 professional staff in nine countries. He has extensive experience of growing, restructuring, advising and investing in complex businesses. He has also invested in, advised and managed a number of smaller companies in the UK. His recent investments and advisory clients include 50 Lessons, a highly successful business education and media group which he has helped in its growth from a startup to an international business with a valuation, at its most recent fundraising, of more than £10 million and BrandPlay, a high growth company operating in the digital outdoor media sector.
